chalked up sales of 80 percent of its units in just four weeks,
developers Willy A. Bermello and Luis Ajamil of BAP-GGM Development in

Realty. BAP-GGM has closed on the land on April 15, 2004. The financing
for the acquisition will be provided by Pointe Bank. Sales of Onyx 2
will launch early this summer and construction is scheduled for a
January 2005 start.
